2025 and 2026 bring multiple tax law changes with the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” signed into law July 4th of 2025. As I come across items you need to know, I will show them here.
IRS may start accepting e-filed returns Jan 26th-28th , 2026. (Still an estimate.)
Filing deadline for 2024 tax year will be: April 15, 2026
